Types Of Steel Grating Products

Metal grating an assembled framework or metal net fabricated through equivalent bearing bars equipped with crossbars & crimp bars which provides firm grip & space between these bars. Metal floor grating is most popular due to its ability to withstand extreme conditions.
Usually there are numerous types of different grating materials but mostly preferred in industrial flooring metal grating is classified in to 4 different categories which are listed below:

Welded steel grating
This category of metal grating comprises of cross bars electrically merged with steel bars. Mostly preferred for commercial & common industrial purposes welded gratings are mostly produced using carbon & stainless steel alloys. Commonly implemented areas are walkways, mezzanine decking, Security screens etc.

Pressure locked grating
Pressure grating in comparison with other types is considered most resourceful due to its capacity to produce vast variety of bar spacing through usage of high quality material such as Aluminum, Carbon steel etc. Mostly farming applications & heavy traffic areas requiring close mesh grating prefer Pressure grating.

Riveted grating
Being one of the oldest types of metal grating riveted grating offers sophisticated strength, rigidity & smooth surface which ensures walking comfort & stability in areas experiencing heavy pressure situations such as highways, bridges etc.

Aluminum plank gratings
Highly recommended due to their unique capability of being non-magnetic, non-sparkling & corrosion defiant. Aluminum plank grating is designed either with solid or pattern punched surfaces which allow passage of light & air. They provide enhanced strength & firmness yet are highly light weighted, cost efficient & easy to install.
